  What's the difference between Sea Level Cottages and Lubbers' Landing?

• Answer:

  Sea Level Cottages and Lubbers' Landing are both on the same island about one mile apart. While the "feeling" of both places is similar there are differences. Sea Level is family oriented and the cottages there range from one to three bedrooms. Lubbers' Landing is geared towards couples and is comprised of romantically decorated one bedroom cottages with a "small resort" feel.

  Are all of your cottages air conditioned?

• Answer:

  Yes, all of the cottages/ houses have air conditioning .

• Question:

  Do all of your cottages come with a boat included?

• Answer:

  At Lubbers' Landing we offer a package that includes a 20' Albury Brothers boat, however, if you chose, you can rent the "cottage only" and rent a boat of your choice. We do not offer the availability of a boat package for the houses/cottages at Sea Level Cottages, however, we are more then happy to assist in the process of choosing the right boat for your stay with us.

  Do you allow children?

• Answer:

  Sea Level Cottages does allow children, at Lubbers' Landing guests must be 18 years of age or older.
