What's the difference between Sea Level Cottages and Lubbers' Landing?
Answer:
Sea Level Cottages and Lubbers' Landing are both on the same island about one mile apart. While the "feeling" of both places is similar there are differences. Sea Level is family oriented and the cottages there range from one to five bedrooms. Lubbers' Landing is geared towards couples and is comprised of romantically decorated one bedroom cottages.

Are all of your cottages air conditioned?
Answer:
No. The cottages at Sea Level Cottage do not have air conditioning with the exception of Clearwater Cottage which is fully air conditioned. All of the cottages at Lubbers' Landing are fully air conditioned.
Question:
Will it be too hot with no A/C?
Answer:
Most of our cottages that do not have air conditioning are located right on the beach and catch a wonderful sea breeze, have been designed for natural cooling, and have large ceiling fans throughout. Most people fine this sufficient cooling and enjoy living the simple "island life" finding a cool drink and a palm tree for shade to be the perfect afternoon. For those that know air conditioning is a "must have" for them, we have created Lubbers' Landing, offering a bit more refinement, with fully air conditioned cottages, but at the same time retaining that "remote island" feel.

Do all of your cottages come with a boat included?
Answer:
Yes. Each cottage whether at Sea Level Cottages or Lubbers' Landing comes with it's own boat. The cottages at Sea Level Cottages come with C-Hawk center console boats. The cottages at Lubbers' Landing come with Albury Brothers 20' center console boats, these are the best available for our local waters providing the smoothest ride possible.

Do you allow children?
Answer:
Sea Level Cottages does allow children, at Lubbers' Landing guests must be 18 years of age or older.
